The Central Coast has some awesome tracks and trails for mountain biking - both cross country and downhill. Ourimbah State Forest in particular is the home of Central Coast Mountain Bike Club and has dedicated tracks for both screaming down the mountain and slugging it alon cross-country trails.

Lake Munmorah State Recreation area up the north end of the Central Coast also features some great riding routes, and there's heaps more places to get down and dirty around the bushlands of the coast. All you need to do is jump on your machine and go look!
